ScoreMyBooks ("we", "us") runs scoremybooks.com. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
When you upload a Profit & Loss or balance sheet, we process it automatically to produce your report. Uploaded files are deleted right after processing. We don't keep your original files, and no person reviews them.
We store the report we generate (not your uploaded file) behind a random private link so you can pay for it and come back to it. Unpaid reports are deleted after 30 days. Paid reports are kept so you can return to them; email us to have yours deleted sooner.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy covers the data they process.
If AI-generated summaries are turned on, a summary of computed metrics (not your uploaded file) may be sent to an AI provider to write plain-English text. We don't let it be used to train models where the provider offers that choice.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and rate limiting. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use advertising trackers.
You can ask us to delete any stored report by contacting us with your report link.
